We want you to be completely satisfied with your Welch® products. If you are not satisfied for any reason and if you have purchased your product(s) on this website, we are happy to help you with a return and/or exchange. Products purchased from an authorized dealer must be returned to the place of purchase.

Product Purchased on this Website

If you have purchased your product(s) on this website, please begin the return request process by viewing your order details or by visiting our returns center. You can also access your order details by using our order look up tool as a guest, by viewing your previous orders list in your online account, or by clicking the “View Order” link in any of your order confirmation emails. 

Please identify the product(s) you wish to return and confirm their eligibility for return using the criteria shown below. Based on the eligibility for return, you may click the corresponding “Return Items” button under the product(s) you wish to return. Follow the on-screen return process based on your return reason. 

We do our best to process returns within 14-days from the date that your return is received. During times of high volume and/or holidays, it may take longer for a return to be processed. Thank you for your understanding.

Eligibility for Return

Return and/or exchange requests must be submitted within 45 days from the date that your order was created. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. 

Product eligibility is stated on the individual product details pages of this website at the time of purchase. Sale of these items is final.

Orders are NOT eligible for return if:
  • 45-day return window has expired
  • Order was shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada
  • Order was not placed on this website
Products are NOT eligible for return if:
  • Product has been used or damaged
  • Product is not in its original packaging and/or the original packaging is no longer intact
  • Product has been customized, imprinted, or laser engraved
  • Product list price or sale price is less than $5.00
  • Product was listed on our Sale page or was otherwise discounted at the time of purchase
  • Product has been discontinued and/or is no longer available for purchase on this website

Unfulfilled Orders

Our automated systems swiftly send orders to our Fulfillment Team immediately after checkout, leaving a very short window for return and/or refund of unfilled orders. If you wish to request a return and/or refund an unfilled order, it requires immediate coordination with our Customer Service team to halt processing and to prevent it leaving our facility.

IMPORTANT: Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible  for a 100% refund. If you order is not yet fulfilled, we strongly recommend that you submit your return request online and immediately contact us via live chat or phone to ensure we can intercept your order before it ships.

The following return reasons will be available to unfulfilled orders and may be eligible for 100% refund:

  • Change of Heart
  • Ordered Wrong Item
  • System Error

Timing is everything. We appreciate your prompt action to help us catch your order before it ships and facilitate the return and/or refund process.

Fulfilled Orders

Once your order has been processed by our Fulfillment Team and picked up by our shipment service providers, return requests are subject to partial refund and/or exchange.

The following return reasons will be applicable to fulfilled orders:

  • Defective Item (Refer to the "Manufacturer's Defect & Product Warranty" section below for more information)
  • Expectations Not Met *
  • Fit and Feel *
  • Ordered Wrong Item *
  • Received Wrong Item
  • Received as a Gift *

A refund estimate will be presented for your review during the return request process and a final refund amount will be confirmed via email once approved. Please note, refunds for shipping cost are not available for the return reasons denoted with an asterisk (*) above. Your return request's approval for refund depends on the order's and product's eligibility, as well as the condition of the returned items after inspection by our team.

Return Shipping Label

Depending on the product’s eligibility for return and return reason, your return may qualify for a free return shipping label. If so, you will receive a prepaid UPS Ground shipping label with return reference number (Returned Materials Authorization / RMA) for you to print at home, apply the label to your return package, and ship your return. Returns shipped to our fulfillment center must include this shipping label for timely processing. 

Product Purchased from a Welch Authorized Dealer

If you have purchased your products from a Welch Workwear® authorized dealer, please contact them directly for more information on their return policy. We are unable to accept returns or process refunds for transactions that were not purchased directly from our website.

Manufacturer's Defect & Product Warranty

Issues that may arise with our suspenders that are covered by warranty include but are not limited to: wear and tear of the suspenders not consistent with use, stitches coming undone, discoloration or large imperfections in the leather, lining or insulation becoming disconnected. Warranties are for issues with your suspenders that have been caused by the manufacturer and not issues with the form or function of the suspenders.
