Custom Imprint Program
Overview
Welch Workwear’s custom imprint program enables you to customize select suspender styles using your business name or custom design. Your artwork will be applied using a stretchable, water-based heat transfer, ensuring durable, crisp graphics.
Step 1
Shoot us a message to get the ball rolling. Be sure to provide us with artwork for your custom imprint in vector format. (PDF, AI, or EPS)
Step 2
Our design team will create concept art of the imprint and email it to you for approval. (Allow a minimum of 1 week)
Step 3
Once we receive approval for the concept art, we'll begin production. (3-5 week turnaround time)
Step 4
Your finished order will ship as requested.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
- Customers may choose to provide finished artwork, or provide separate text and graphics for our design team to assemble
- Customers may choose to use a stock font or to provide a custom font file and license
- Logos/icons/images must be in vector format, and require a .012″ minimum line thickness
MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES & PRICING
- Minimum order quantities are 200 pair per order for adult styles (in multiples of 4), and 400 pair per order for kids' styles (in multiples of 8)
- Any mixture of sizes within a single style
- Multiple styles require separate artwork & separate minimum order quantities
- $150 initial setup plus $2.50 per-pair with 1 color
- Additional $0.25 per color per pair with a max of 3 colors
Terms & Conditions: Special pricing and freight charges will apply and will be paid according to your corresponding price list. Custom imprinted product is not available for return. Logo/artwork subject to approval by Welch®
