Products purchased on the Welch® website can be returned for a full refund within 60 days of the purchase date. In order to be eligible for return, products must be in an unused condition with their original packaging intact.
To Request and Process a Return:
Please acquire a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number by calling our Customer Service Team at 800-547-8410.
Please print a hardcopy of your original order, clearly reference your RMA number on the top of the page, and place the hardcopy inside the box.

We recommend selecting a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking information for your records until the return is complete.
Refunds take approximately 4 weeks to process after we have receive your product. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept COD deliveries.
Your credit card will show the difference in purchase amount on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank or billing cycle.

Product Purchased from a Welch® Authorized Dealer
If you have purchased a Welch® product from one of our authorized dealers, please contact them directly for their return policy. Welch® cannot accept returns or process refunds for transactions that were not direct purchases from our website.
Product Purchased at Discount or Discontinued Products
Products purchased at discount or products that have been discontinued are not available for refund.
Orders Processed with Errors
If the return is a result of our error, Welch® will also refund shipping charges and will compensate you for the return shipping of the item.
Products that has been made uniquely or custom are not eligible for returns.
If product is deemed defective, we will issue a replacement. Please check out our product warranty for more information.
